🌿 Description

This dish brings Mediterranean vegetables—zucchini, bell peppers, red onion, and olives—together with olive oil, garlic, and herbs, then tucks them into tortillas with feta and mozzarella. Grilled until crisp and finished with a drizzle of warm honey infused with chili, the result is a perfect balance of savory, salty, sweet, and spicy.
