🍫✨ Homemade 3-Ingredient Mediterranean Crunch Bars

Crispy, chocolatey, and ready in minutes — no baking required!


📝 Ingredients (3 Simple Ones!)

  • 2 cups dark chocolate (chips or chopped)

    • Use 70%+ cacao for Mediterranean-style antioxidants

  • 1 cup puffed rice cereal (or puffed quinoa for a healthier option)

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

    • Adds a rich Mediterranean flavor & keeps bars soft and glossy


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Melt the Chocolate

  • Place chocolate and olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
    OR melt over a double boiler.


2. Mix In the Crunch

  • Add puffed rice (or puffed quinoa) into the melted chocolate.

  • Stir until everything is completely coated.


3. Shape the Bars

  • Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.

  • Pour the mixture in and spread evenly.

  • Tap the dish to remove air bubbles.


4. Chill

  • Refrigerate 1–2 hours or freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.


5. Slice & Serve

Remove from the pan and cut into squares or bars.


🌿 Mediterranean Add-In Options (Optional)

If you want to elevate them:

  • Chopped pistachios

  • Chopped hazelnuts
