📝 Ingredients (3 Simple Ones!)

2 cups dark chocolate (chips or chopped)

Use 70%+ cacao for Mediterranean-style antioxidants

1 cup puffed rice cereal (or puffed quinoa for a healthier option)

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Adds a rich Mediterranean flavor & keeps bars soft and glossy

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Melt the Chocolate

Place chocolate and olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Heat in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
OR melt over a double boiler.
2. Mix In the Crunch

Add puffed rice (or puffed quinoa) into the melted chocolate.

Stir until everything is completely coated.
3. Shape the Bars

Line a small baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper.

Pour the mixture in and spread evenly.

Tap the dish to remove air bubbles.
4. Chill

Refrigerate 1–2 hours or freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
5. Slice & Serve
Remove from the pan and cut into squares or bars.
