🍫 Mediterranean Homemade Crunch Bars
Ingredients

2 cups puffed rice or brown rice cereal

1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% cocoa preferred)

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or coconut oil

¼ cup honey or date syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Melt chocolate: In a heatproof bowl, gently melt dark chocolate with olive oil until smooth.

Sweeten: Stir honey, vanilla, and sea salt into melted chocolate.

Add crunch: Fold in puffed rice and any optional add-ins until evenly coated.

Press: Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Press firmly into an even layer.

Chill: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.

Slice: Cut into bars or squares.
