Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, your choice)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
- Prepare the Honey Dijon Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together the honey, Dijon mustard,
- olive oil, lemon juice (if using), minced garlic (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir well until the sauce is smooth.
- Season the Salmon:
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season the fillets with a little salt and pepper on both sides.
- Apply the Honey Dijon Sauce:
- Brush a generous amount of the honey Dijon sauce over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Reserve some sauce for drizzling later.
- Air Fry the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down if they have skin.
- Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- The salmon should be flaky and cooked through when done.
- Serve:
- Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the air fryer.
- Drizzle the reserved honey Dijon sauce over the top and garnish with fresh parsley or dill if desired.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
