🌿 Honey Lemon Turmeric Gummies

Bright, soothing, and naturally sweetened — perfect for immunity, digestion, and inflammation support.

🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~30–40 gummies)

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice or lemon water (optional for extra citrus)

  • 2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp honey (use more if you want sweeter)

  • 1 tbsp ground turmeric

  • ½ tsp ground ginger (optional but recommended)

  • ⅛ tsp black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

  • 3 tbsp gelatin (grass-fed if possible)

  • ½ tsp vanilla (optional)


🍋 Instructions

1. Warm the base

In a small pot:
Add water + lemon juice + turmeric + ginger + black pepper.
Gently heat on low for 2–3 minutes.
(Do NOT boil — it reduces nutrients.)

2. Add honey

Remove from heat and let it cool for 1 minute, then whisk in honey so it stays raw and nutritious.

3. Bloom the gelatin

Sprinkle gelatin slowly over the warm mixture while constantly whisking to avoid lumps.
Let it sit (“bloom”) for 1 minute, then whisk again until fully dissolved.

4. Pour into molds

Pour into silicone gummy molds or a shallow glass dish.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

6. Cut or pop out

If using a dish, cut into small bite-sized squares.
