🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 loaf party rye bread or mini toasts, cut into squares

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mild white cheddar

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup light mayonnaise or Greek-yogurt mayo blend

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Optional add-ins: chopped olives, sun-dried tomatoes, or parsley


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.

  2. Arrange bread pieces on a lined baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix cheeses, mayo, olive oil, garlic, onion, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.

  4. Spread a spoonful of mixture onto each bread piece.

  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  6. Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for extra crisp tops.
