🧾 Ingredients
4 ripe but firm pears, halved and cored
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or melted butter
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
Toppings
1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp fresh mint or thyme, finely chopped
Optional Finish
Greek yogurt or mascarpone
Extra honey drizzle
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Place pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish.
Season the Pears
Brush pears with olive oil or butter.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with lemon zest, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until pears are tender and lightly caramelized.
Prepare the Crumble
In a small bowl, mix walnuts, feta, and fresh herbs.
Assemble & Serve
Top warm pears with fresh berries and walnut-feta crumble.
Finish with yogurt and extra honey if desired.
