These are soft tortillas filled with creamy herbed chicken and cheese, rolled tight, then baked until bubbly and golden.
⭐ Ingredients (Makes 10–12 roll-ups)
For the Chicken Filling

10–12 small flour tortillas (or low-carb tortillas)

1. Make the Mediterranean creamy chicken filling
In a bowl, mix together:

Oregano, paprika, salt, pepper

Mix until creamy and well combined.
2. Warm the tortillas
Warm tortillas for 10–15 seconds so they roll without cracking.
3. Fill & Roll

Add 2–3 tablespoons of filling onto each tortilla.

4. Add cheese on top
