🛒 Ingredients (Makes 12 rolls)

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 7–8 oz (200 g) Brie cheese, rind on or trimmed

  • ½ cup dried cranberries

  • ½ cup walnuts, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2️⃣ Prepare the Filling

In a small bowl, mix cranberries, walnuts, honey, olive oil, and herbs.


3️⃣ Assemble the Rolls

  • Roll out puff pastry slightly and cut into 12 equal squares.

  • Place a small slice of Brie in the center of each square.

  • Spoon cranberry-walnut mixture on top.

  • Fold corners up and pinch to seal or roll into logs.


4️⃣ Egg Wash

  • Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Brush tops lightly with beaten egg.

  • Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
