❓ Q&A Section
Q1: Can I use regular black olives instead of Kalamata?
👉 Yes! Kalamata gives a more authentic Mediterranean flavor, but black or green olives work fine.
Q2: What’s the best substitute for red wine vinegar?
👉 Fresh lemon juice is a perfect alternative for a brighter, citrusy taste.
Q3: How long does this salad last in the fridge?
👉 Up to 2 days in an airtight container. Add the feta just before serving for freshness.
Q4: Can I make it more filling?
👉 Yes, you can add chickpeas, quinoa, or grilled chicken for extra protein.
Q5: Do I have to peel the cucumber?
👉 Not necessary if you’re using English cucumber. If using regular cucumbers, peeling and removing seeds makes it less watery.
Q6: Can I make it vegan?
👉 Absolutely! Just replace feta with vegan feta cheese or add avocado cubes for creaminess.
