🍵 Mediterranean Ginger Water

Simple • Natural • Daily Wellness Drink

🧺 Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1–2 inch piece fresh ginger root

  • 1 liter (4 cups) water

  • Juice of ½ lemon (optional but recommended)

  • ½ tsp raw honey (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon or turmeric (optional, Mediterranean-friendly)

  1. Prepare the Ginger
    Peel and thinly slice or grate the ginger.
