🛒 Ingredients
Greek Chicken Marinade

1½ lb (700 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

2 cups chopped cucumbers

1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved

👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken, coat well, cover, and marinate at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours).
2️⃣ Make Tzatziki
Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, and salt.
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3️⃣ Prepare Greek Salad
Toss cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, olive oil, oregano, and pepper. Set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Grill, pan-sear, or bake chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
