Mediterranean Greek Chicken Wrap with Spicy Feta Sauce

Greek Chicken

2 large chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Spicy Feta Sauce

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1–2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small garlic clove

½–1 teaspoon chili flakes or chili paste (to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice
Wrap Fillings

Whole wheat or pita wraps
-
1 cup chopped romaine or iceberg lettuce

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
½ cucumber, thinly sliced
-
¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh parsley or dill (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken, coat well, and marinate at least 20 minutes (or up to 8 hours for best flavor).
2️⃣ Cook the Chicken
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Remove from heat and rest for 5 minutes, then slice.
3️⃣ Make the Spicy Feta Sauce
Blend or mash feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, and lemon juice until creamy.
Adjust spice and thickness as needed.
4️⃣ Assemble the Wraps
Warm wraps slightly.
Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and sliced chicken.
Drizzle generously with spicy feta sauce.
Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
