3–4 cups sweet potatoes or pumpkin, peeled & cut into cubes

1 tbsp honey (optional—use lemon only if avoiding all sweeteners)

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

¼ tsp turmeric (Mediterranean touch)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Veggies

Peel and cube the sweet potatoes or pumpkin into bite-sized chunks.

Lay them on a baking tray.
2️⃣ Make the Mediterranean Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together:

Lemon juice

Paprika

Turmeric

Garlic powder (optional)

3️⃣ Coat

Pour the glaze over the cubes.
