🛒 Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats (quick or old-fashioned)

½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

¼ cup honey or date syrup

¼ cup finely chopped dates (or raisins)

2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut

Mix it all
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until a thick, sticky dough forms. -
Chill
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes so the mixture firms up. -
Roll
Scoop and roll into bite-size balls. -
Set & serve
Chill another 10 minutes (if you can wait 😉).
