🌿 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped (or ½ cup well-drained frozen spinach)

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (helps bind and crisp)

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dill (optional but traditional)

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • Pinch red chili flakes (optional)
