🫒 No-Knead Mediterranean Everyday Bread

✅ Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour

1½ cups warm water (not hot)

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sugar or honey (optional, helps yeast)

1 teaspoon instant dry yeast

1 tablespoon olive oil (Mediterranean touch, optional but recommended)
👩🍳 Instructions

Mix
In a large bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Pour in warm water and olive oil.
Stir with a spoon until you get a sticky dough. -
Rest (No Kneading!)
Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap.
Let it rest 1–2 hours at room temperature until doubled and bubbly. -
Prepare to Bake
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
Lightly oil or line a baking pan. -
Shape Gently
Spoon the dough into the pan (don’t punch it down).
Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds, herbs, or a little flour on top. -
Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped. -
Cool Slightly & Enjoy
Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.
