🍫 3-Ingredient No-Sugar Chocolate Bites

These soft, airy, mousse-like chocolate bites are made with just 3 clean ingredients — no added sugar, no flour, and no baking!
✅ Ingredients (3 ingredients only!)

200 g dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa, sugar-free preferred)

250 g Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

1 tsp pure cocoa powder (optional but enhances flavor — still counts as part of the chocolate)
🥣 Instructions

Melt the chocolate

Break the chocolate into small pieces.

Melt it over a double boiler or in the microwave (20–30 sec bursts, stirring each time).

Mix with yogurt

In a bowl, add Greek yogurt.

Pour in the melted chocolate while stirring constantly to prevent clumping.

Mix until smooth, thick, and creamy.

Shape into bites

Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.

Smooth the tops with a spatula.
