🍫 3-Ingredient No-Sugar Chocolate Bites

(Low-calorie • No sugar • No flour • Mediterranean-friendly)

These soft, airy, mousse-like chocolate bites are made with just 3 clean ingredients — no added sugar, no flour, and no baking!


Ingredients (3 ingredients only!)

  • 200 g dark chocolate (70%+ cocoa, sugar-free preferred)

  • 250 g Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

  • 1 tsp pure cocoa powder (optional but enhances flavor — still counts as part of the chocolate)


🥣 Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate

    • Break the chocolate into small pieces.

    • Melt it over a double boiler or in the microwave (20–30 sec bursts, stirring each time).

  2. Mix with yogurt

    • In a bowl, add Greek yogurt.

    • Pour in the melted chocolate while stirring constantly to prevent clumping.

    • Mix until smooth, thick, and creamy.

  3. Shape into bites

    • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto parchment paper.

    • Smooth the tops with a spatula.

  4. Chill

    • Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 30–40 minutes until firm.

  5. Serve

    • Pop them out of the mold and enjoy soft, creamy, chocolatey bites!
