🥣 Ingredients

  • 2 cups (200 g) chopped rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 cup (240 ml) milk of your choice

  • 1 carrot, grated

  • 1 apple, grated or finely chopped

  • 9 dried apricots, rinsed with hot water and chopped

  • 4 tablespoons raisins, rinsed with hot water

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare the oats
    Place rolled oats in a blender and pulse a few times to make a coarse oat flour.

  2. Mix dry ingredients
    In a bowl, combine chopped oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  3. Add wet ingredients
    Stir in milk, grated carrot, grated apple, chopped dried apricots, and raisins.
