🛒 Ingredients

For the beef:

  • 250–300g beef (thinly sliced or minced)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp cornstarch

For the rice:

  • 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old, cold)

  • 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)

  • 1 large onion (thinly sliced)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional but adds depth)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 green onions (chopped)

1. Marinate the Beef

  • Mix beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper.

2. Cook the Beef
