Ingredients:

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Scoop out a bit of the center of each sprout half to create a small pocket for stuffing.
Roast the Brussels Sprouts:
