For the Roasted Sweet Potatoes

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Topping

3–4 tbsp crumbled feta cheese

1½ tbsp honey (more if you like it sweeter)

🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, paprika, cumin, cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
