🥩 Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy
Mediterranean-Style Comfort Food
Juicy, tender beef patties simmered in a rich onion gravy—this Salisbury Steak is classic comfort food made lighter and more Mediterranean. Instead of heavy cream sauces, we use olive oil, herbs, and a savory tomato-enhanced gravy for deep flavor without excess heaviness.
It’s hearty, satisfying, and perfect served with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed cauliflower.
