🥬🧀 Spinach & Cheese Crustless Quiche
A simple, low-carb, gluten-free quiche without a crust. It’s creamy, cheesy, and packed with spinach—perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.

🥚 Ingredients

6 large eggs

1 cup (240 ml) milk or heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)

1½ cups fresh spinach (chopped)

¼ cup onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp black pepper
-
¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a 9-inch baking dish or pie dish with butter or oil.
2️⃣ Cook the Vegetables

Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onion for 2–3 minutes until soft.

Add spinach and cook until wilted (about 1 minute).

Remove from heat.
3️⃣ Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a bowl, whisk together:

4️⃣ Assemble

Spread the spinach and onion mixture in the baking dish.
