For the sauce:

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

- Prepare cabbage
Boil whole cabbage in salted water for a few minutes until leaves soften.
Carefully peel off large leaves and trim thick stems. - Make the filling

Press cabbage leaves into a muffin tin to create cup shapes. - Fill them
Add the beef mixture into each cabbage cup. - Add sauce
Mix tomato sauce, paste, and oregano, then spoon over each cup. - Bake
Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes until meat is cooked. - Add cheese
