These bite-sized phyllo cups are flaky and golden on the outside, with a rich, savory filling inspired by classic Mediterranean ingredients. Perfect for parties, Ramadan gatherings, brunch, or as a light snack.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 15–20 mini phyllo cups (store-bought)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • Pinch of black pepper

  • Optional: red chili flakes


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Prepare the filling
    Heat olive oil in a small pan. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
    Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 2–3 minutes). Remove from heat.
