For the Ground Beef Filling

Ground beef β 400β500 g

Olive oil β 1 tbsp

Onion β 1 small, finely chopped

Garlic β 3 cloves, minced

Tomato β 1 medium, finely diced (or Β½ cup canned crushed tomatoes)

Paprika β 1 tsp

Cumin β 1 tsp

Oregano β 1 tsp

Black pepper β Β½ tsp

Salt β to taste

Chili flakes β optional
-
Fresh parsley β 2 tbsp chopped
For the Mediterranean Salad Filling

Lettuce β shredded (1β2 cups)

Cucumber β 1 small, diced

Cherry tomatoes β 1 cup, halved

Red onion β a few thin slices
-
Olives β 2β3 tbsp sliced (optional)

Fresh mint or parsley β chopped
Creamy Mediterranean Sauce (Yogurt-Tahini)

Greek yogurt β Β½ cup
-
Tahini β 1 tbsp (optional but delicious)

Lemon juice β 1β2 tbsp

Garlic β 1 small clove, grated

Olive oil β 1 tsp

Salt & pepper β to taste
OR replace with hummus or tzatziki.
Other

Tortilla wraps β 4β5 (whole-wheat or regular)

Feta cheese β ΒΌ cup crumbled (optional)
π©βπ³ Instructions
1. Cook the Ground Beef

Heat olive oil in a pan.

Add onions and sautΓ© until soft.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Add diced tomato and cook until moisture reduces (3β4 minutes).

Stir in fresh parsley.

Remove from heat.
2. Prepare the Mediterranean Sauce
Whisk together yogurt, tahini, lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the Wrap

Warm the tortillas slightly.

Spread yogurt-tahini sauce or hummus.

Add the beef filling.

Add the fresh salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives).

Sprinkle with feta (optional).
-
Roll tightly into a wrap.
4. Optional: Grill the Wrap
Place the wrap on a dry pan for 1β2 minutes on each side for a crispy Mediterranean-style finish.
