Weight Watcher Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients:
- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup.
- Egg white: 2.
- Avocado oil spray: 1 tsp.
- Chicken breast: 1 pound.
- Cilantro: 1/2 cup.
Instructions:
- Arrange a shallow dish for the egg whites and a plate for the bread crumbs to create a breading table.
- For the breaded chicken, set aside a different dish or baking sheet.
- To reduce clutter, they prefer to line it with paper.
- Every chicken piece on both sides is egg white.
- After that, thoroughly wrap the cutlets with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Add half of the chicken pieces to the air fryers after lightly misting the bottom with cooking spray.
- The amount of food you need to cook it and your air fryer.
- And work on it for the duration.
- A word of caution: don’t stuff your chicken too full, or it may not become crispy.
- Apply an olive oil spray to the chicken’s tops, then air-fry it for seven seconds at 400 degrees.
- Change the side of the cutlets and cook it well.
- After misting the second side with extra cooking oil spray, cook for seven to eight minutes, or while crispy and through.
- The chicken, remove it and place it on the pan or dish you’ve set.
- Continue with the other cutlets.
Notes:
Warm the cooker to four hundred degrees before making them. After following all the breading instructions, heat for 15 to 20 minutes in an already-warm microwave.
