WW-Friendly Crustless Quiche
Ingredients:
6 large eggs (0 points)
1 cup skim milk (2 points)
1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheese (3 points)
1 cup chopped vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms) (0 points)
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled turkey bacon or lean ham (2 points)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
Prepare Vegetables: If using raw vegetables, sauté them in a non-stick skillet until softened.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add the cooked vegetables, cheese, turkey bacon or ham, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Pour into Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
