โข Flour: 1 tablespoon

Instructions

Cook the Sausages:
โข In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Make the Mashed Potatoes:
โข While the sausages are cooking, boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
โข Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

โข In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
