Ingredients
โ€ข Sausages: 6 pork sausages

โ€ข Potatoes: 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped

โ€ข Butter: 2 tablespoons

โ€ข Milk: 1/4 cup

โ€ข Salt and pepper: To taste

For the Onion Gravy:
โ€ข Onions: 2 large onions, thinly sliced

โ€ข Butter: 2 tablespoons

โ€ข Flour: 1 tablespoon

โ€ข Beef stock: 2 cups

โ€ข Worcestershire sauce: 1 tablespoon

โ€ข Salt and pepper: To taste

Cook the Sausages:
โ€ข In a large skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.

โ€ข While the sausages are cooking, boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.

โ€ข Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
