Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chimichurri
- In a small bowl, combine parsley, garlic, chili, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and set aside for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
