Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and stir.
Add the melted butter and garlic mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the dough mixture. Mix until well combined.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese to the dough. Mix thoroughly.
Use your hands to form a dough ball. If the dough is too sticky, you can wet your hands to make it easier to handle.
Divide the dough into bite-sized portions and roll them into balls. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the garlic bread bites are golden brown and cooked through.
While the bites are baking, prepare the garlic butter topping by melting 4 tablespoons of butter and mixing it with minced garlic and fresh parsley.
Once the garlic bread bites are done, brush them with the garlic butter topping while they’re still warm.
