🥘 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower (Mediterranean Style)

Ingredients

1 large cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1 tsp paprika
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp cumin (optional but amazing)
-
½ tsp turmeric (optional for color)

Salt & black pepper to taste
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
-
Optional: 2 tbsp grated parmesan OR 2 tbsp tahini for a dairy-free twist
Instructions

Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 220°C (425°F) — high heat = crispiness. -
Prepare the cauliflower
Wash and fully dry the florets (very important for crisp texture). -
Season
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with:-
olive oil

paprika
-
garlic powder
-
oregano
-
cumin
-
turmeric
-
salt & pepper
-
lemon juice
Make sure everything is coated evenly.

Spread on a baking sheet
Arrange florets in a single layer — no overlapping!
(Crowded pans = soggy cauliflower.) -
Bake
Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway.
Edges should be deep golden, crispy, and caramelized. -
Finish
Remove from oven and sprinkle with:-
fresh parsley
