Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.

Add oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.

Fold in raisins, dark chocolate chips, pepitas, and flax seeds.

Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet.

Gently flatten each cookie with the back of a spoon (they won’t spread much).

Bake 12–15 minutes, until lightly golden and set.
