🟤 Mediterranean Protein Balls (No-Bake)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (quick or old-fashioned)

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter

  • ¼ cup honey or date syrup

  • ¼ cup finely chopped dates (or raisins)

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or almonds

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional: 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or shredded coconut


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Mix it all
    Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.

  2. Chill
    Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes so the mixture firms up.

  3. Roll
    Scoop and roll into bite-size balls.

  4. Set & serve
    Chill another 10 minutes (if you can wait 😉).
