  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup vegetable broth or water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
