Cheeseburger Biscuit Bake
These cheesy, beef-filled biscuit pockets are an easy family favorite — crispy on the outside, juicy and cheesy on the inside. Perfect for dinner, game day, or meal prep!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or crescent dough
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: sesame seeds or Parmesan for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish. - Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess grease. - Season
Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook 1–2 more minutes. - Fill the dough
Flatten each biscuit or dough square slightly. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and shredded cheese. - Seal
Fold dough over filling and pinch edges closed. - Bake
Arrange in baking dish seam-side down. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan or sesame seeds if desired. - Cook time
Bake for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown.
