1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional; or use ½ tsp stevia)

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of nutmeg

Pinch of salt

🥣 Instructions
1. Preheat

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare the apples

Dice the apple into small chunks.

Toss with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Microwave 1 minute or sauté in a pan for 2–3 minutes to soften (optional but makes it extra cozy!).
3. Mix the base
In a bowl, whisk together:

Then fold in the softened apples.
4. Fill baking bowls

Divide the mixture into 2 small ramekins or one small baking dish.
5. Bake
