🥣 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • ½ teaspoon cumin (optional, for depth)

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
