🛒 Ingredients (Makes 10–12 Poppers)

  • 5–6 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise & deseeded

  • 120 g (4 oz) brie cheese, cut into small pieces

  • ½ cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper (pinch)

  • Optional topping:

    • 1–2 tbsp honey or blueberry chia jam

    • Chopped walnuts or pistachios

    • Fresh thyme or rosemary

🔹 Step 1: Prep

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment.

Arrange jalapeños cut-side up. Fill each half with a small piece of brie and 2–3 blueberries.
