🛒 Ingredients

1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt (very thick, strained)

½ cup fresh blueberries, finely chopped

2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (low-carb / sugar-free)

1 tbsp almond flour

1–2 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit (to taste)
