Buffalo Chicken “Crunch Bowl

Ingredients
1½ cups shredded chicken breast (hot or rotisserie)
¾ cup fat-free cottage cheese (blended smooth)
2 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp buffalo sauce (Frank’s or similar)
½ cup finely chopped celery & cucumber (extra crunch)
1 tbsp chopped pickled jalapeños (secret viral twist)
Everything-but-the-bagel seasoning or ranch seasoning
Optional crunch topper: crispy chickpeas OR crushed protein chips
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese + Greek yogurt until ultra-smooth.
