🧀🌿 Cheesy Spinach & Artichoke Pull-Apart Sourdough Bread

🧾 Ingredients

1 round sourdough bread loaf

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened
-
½ cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil or melted butter
-
½ tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp dried basil
-
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or basil, chopped

👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat & Prepare

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.

Place sourdough loaf on a large sheet of foil.

Using a sharp knife, cut the loaf in a criss-cross pattern (do not cut all the way through).

Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix mozzarella, cream cheese, artichokes, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, olive oil (or butter), oregano, basil, chili flakes, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Stuff the Bread

Gently pull apart the bread cuts and stuff the cheese mixture deep into every crevice.

Bake

Wrap the loaf loosely in foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake another 5–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly with lightly crisp edges.

Garnish with fresh herbs and extra Parmesan.
