- 1.1 pounds (500 grams) of boiled and mashed potatoes

Instructions:
We’ll start by mixing the shredded cod and the mashed potatoes in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, chopped onion, parsley, chives, black pepper and salt.
Then stir well until all the ingredients are completely incorporated, forming a uniform dough.
