🍫 Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse
Thick, silky, chocolatey — tastes like dessert, nourishes like a protein snack!

Base Mousse

1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)

3 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)

2–3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or blended dates

1 tsp vanilla extract

1–2 tbsp milk (only if needed to blend)
Mediterranean Optional Add-Ins
Choose any:

1 tbsp tahini (adds richness + Mediterranean flavor)

1 tbsp olive oil (mild/light, gives silkier texture)

1–2 Medjool dates (for sweetness instead of honey)

Pinch of cinnamon

🟢 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend
Add to a blender or food processor:

Cottage cheese

Cocoa
-
Honey (or dates)
-
Vanilla
-
Optional tahini or olive oil
Blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth.
Scrape down the sides and blend again — cottage cheese becomes silky.
2. Adjust Texture

Too thick? Add 1 tbsp milk.

Too thin? Add 1 tsp more cocoa.
Taste and adjust sweetness.
3. Chill
Transfer to small bowls and refrigerate 20–30 minutes.
(Chilling makes it firm like mousse.)
