🌿 Mediterranean Ginger Water (Refreshing Wellness Drink)
🟡 Ingredients (makes 3–4 cups)
1 large piece fresh ginger (5–7 cm), peeled and sliced
4 cups water
Juice of 1 lemon
1–2 tsp honey (optional)
4–5 fresh mint leaves
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (optional, Mediterranean detox-style)
1 small slice of fresh turmeric or ⅛ tsp ground turmeric (optional)
🟢 Instructions
1. Boil the Ginger
Add sliced ginger to 4 cups of water.
Bring to a boil, then simmer 10–15 minutes.
2. Strain
Remove ginger pieces and pour the liquid into a jug.
3. Add Mediterranean Flavor
While warm, add:
Lemon juice
Honey (optional)
Mint leaves
Turmeric (optional)
ACV (optional)
4. Chill or Serve Warm
