Easy Chocolate Frosty
Ingredients
- (12 fl oz/360 ml) 1 1/2 cups heavy cream for whipping
- Dutch-process cocoa powder (16 g/0.6 oz) or 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- Swerve/erythritol powder, 4 tablespoons (40 g/1.4 oz)
- a pinch of vanilla powder or one teaspoon of sugar-free vanilla extract
- sea salt in a pinch
- 10 liquid drops of Stevia
Instructions

In a large bowl, place all of the ingredients, and using a hand mixer, beat on high until it gets light and fluffy.

Transfer to a container(lidded) and freeze for THIRTY-FIVE minutes.

Scoop into glasses and serve.

Freeze for up to 3 months.
