🥙 Greek Beef Pita Wraps with Tzatziki Sauce

For the Greek Beef

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp coriander

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

Optional: pinch of chili flakes

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
For the Tzatziki Sauce

1 cup Greek yogurt
-
1/2 cucumber, grated & squeezed dry
-
1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1–2 tbsp fresh dill (or mint)

Salt & pepper to taste
Wrap Ingredients

4 warm Greek pitas or flatbreads
-
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
-
1 cup shredded lettuce or arugula
-
1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
-
1/4 cup crumbled feta
-
Lemon wedges
🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Greek Beef

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium.

Add onions and sauté 2–3 minutes.

Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Season with oregano, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Stir in lemon juice and fresh herbs.

Simmer 1–2 minutes until flavors meld.
2. Make the Tzatziki

Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
3. Assemble the Greek Pita Wraps
Layer inside each warm pita:
