🛒 Ingredients

500 g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled & deveined

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp honey
-
2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (low sodium)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
-
1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
-
1 cup broccoli florets
-
1 red bell pepper, sliced
-
Salt & black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
👩🍳 Instructions

Prepare sauce
In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and cornstarch slurry. -
Cook shrimp
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp, season lightly, cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. -
Stir-fry vegetables
In the same pan, sauté broccoli and bell pepper 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender. -
Garlic & sauce
Add garlic, stir 30 seconds. Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened. -
Combine
Return shrimp to pan. Toss to coat and cook 1 minute. -
Finish
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot.
