🛒 Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari (low sodium)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare sauce
    In a small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, ginger, and cornstarch slurry.

  2. Cook shrimp
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp, season lightly, cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  3. Stir-fry vegetables
    In the same pan, sauté broccoli and bell pepper 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.

  4. Garlic & sauce
    Add garlic, stir 30 seconds. Pour in sauce and simmer until thickened.

  5. Combine
    Return shrimp to pan. Toss to coat and cook 1 minute.

  6. Finish
    Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve hot.
