🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~20–25 gummies)

1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

2 tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

1½ tsp ground turmeric

¼ tsp ground black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

½ cup water

Optional:

👩🍳 Instructions

Bloom the Gelatin
Pour water into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface.
Let sit for 5–7 minutes until spongy. -
Heat the Lemon Mixture
In a saucepan over low heat, add lemon juice, honey, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and lemon zest (if using).
Warm gently — do not boil. -
Combine
Whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved and smooth. -
Mold
Pour mixture into silicone molds or a lined dish. -
Chill
Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm. -
Store
Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
