🛒 Ingredients (Makes ~20–25 gummies)

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)

  • 2 tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1½ tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

  • 2 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

  • ½ cup water

  • Optional:

    • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger

    • ½ tsp lemon zest


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Bloom the Gelatin
    Pour water into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface.
    Let sit for 5–7 minutes until spongy.

  2. Heat the Lemon Mixture
    In a saucepan over low heat, add lemon juice, honey, turmeric, black pepper, ginger, and lemon zest (if using).
    Warm gently — do not boil.

  3. Combine
    Whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved and smooth.

  4. Mold
    Pour mixture into silicone molds or a lined dish.

  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for 1–2 hours until firm.

  6. Store
    Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
